Anyway, as per, we’re back with New On Skiddle, the feature that shows you ravers, festival hunters, good time seekers, and pint-polisher-offers what new events we’ve got on Skiddle. 

This week, we’ve got some beauts (as always) including Mau P (the legend who did Drugs From Amsterdam), Kerri Chandler with a massive 9-hour rave, festivals, DnB heroes Sigma, and more.

Noughty 90's On The Pier - Hastings Festival

“Baby, you're all that I want. When you're lying here in my arms…” If you’re the kind to regularly revisit those throwback bangers, oh, we've got a treat for you!

Take a trip down memory lane at Noughty 90's On The Pier, with some of your favourite nostalgic artists. On the bill for this one, there’s N-Trance, DJ Luck & MC Neat, DJ Sammy, Phats & Small, Livin' Joy, Technotronic, and so many more. 

Going down in August, when summer’s in full swing, there’ll be a food court, retro drinks, and more 00s and 90s throwback surprises.

Skyline Undergrøund feat. ANTRIM, NICOLAS RADA & MARCELO VASAMI

Where: Symbol in Glasgow

Argentinian DJs bring deep and prog house to a new venue opened by a local hero.

Glaswegian DJ Frazi.er opened Symbol in December last year. With a capacity of 250, immersive lighting, and a newly-installed Funktion One sound system, we reckon it won't be long before it's a firm favourite among Glasgow's ravers.

Put on by Skyline Events, this is the first event the internationally renowned brand leaves Radisson RED for a special one-off party at this new basement venue on Sauchiehall Street.

Sigma - Up Close and Personal

Where: Unit Nine in Milton Keynes

Drum and bass duo Sigma bring hard drum and bass bangers to an intimate venue in Milton Keynes.

The soon-to-be DnB icons behind Nobody To Love, Changing, and Adrenaline Rush come to Unit Nine, an accessible rave venue with a capacity of 500, small enough to feel intimate but big enough for that party atmosphere. 

Boasting an incredible sound system and next-level lighting, the venue is no stranger to hosting some of the best electronic acts on the scene right now.

Jordan - The Freedom Tour

When: multiple dates from Monday 13th - Tuesday 28th November 2023 

Where: multiple venues across the UK

Salford rapper Jordan brings his grimy hip-hop to most major UK cities including Manchester, Swansea, Nottingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Bristol, and more in November.

It was behind bars that Jordan discovered his ability to vent and paint vivid stories with his words. Now out of prison, he uses music as a cautionary tale and to help him leave his old life behind. 

Following collabs with BBCC and Morrison, the release of his debut album, and the 200,000+ monthly Spotify listeners he's racked up, Jordan seems keen to leave his mark on the music world. Tickets are on sale now.

COGO Presents Mau P

Where: The Steel Yard in London 

The man behind the inescapable tech house banger Drugs From Amsterdam, Mau P, makes his London debut at Steel Yard with special guests this October. 

The hit-maker and incredibly versatile Amsterdam native brings pure tunes to the stunning but stripped-back venue with exposed brickwork and tall arches, delivering a masterclass in European dance music. 

Already gaining support from heavyweights including Fisher, DJ Snake, Dom Dolla, Calvin Harris, Diplo, and many other legends, if Mau P continues on his blistering path, it won’t be long before we see him headlining mainstages.

LWE Presents Kerri Chandler: Kaoz Theory

Where: Studio 338 in Greenwich, London

One of house music’s greatest innovators who’s been a leader of the scene since the 90s comes to Studio 338, an Ibiza-style club, for an insane 9-hour set. 

A hugely respected and adored DJ and producer, Kerri Chandler needs no introduction. He’s a verified legend that’s been nourishing the genre with authentic, positive, and soulful vibes for decades now. And now, he’s bringing the party to indoor and outdoor venue Studio 338, armed with his own specially curated cross-generation lineup. 

Known also for his marathon sets that regularly exceed six hours, with some as long as 12, you can count on Kerri to keep the party jumping from start to finish.

Belters Only Liverpool

Where: Blackstone Street Warehouse in Liverpool

The Irish duo behind the chart-topping dance banger Make Me Feel Good is bringing the party to one of the best Liverpool clubs in November! 

As their name, Belters Only, suggests, these guys are all about producing and playing belter after belter. This November, they bring their many infectious house tracks including I Will Survive and Don’t Stop Just Yet, to Blackstone Street Warehouse. 

The huge raving institute has already hosted some of the biggest names in the game, inviting ravers to get lost in the music, lasers, confetti, and video screens as they perform.

FLY Open Air - Princes Street Gardens Festival

Where: The Ross Bandstand, Princes Street Gardens in Edinburgh

One of the best electronic festivals in the UK returns for a scorching September edition at Princes Street Gardens.

To give you an idea of what to expect, their May edition featured countless stars including Ben Hemsley, Eliza Rose, Denis Sulta, Chaos in the CBD, Job Jobe, and so many more. Uniting 8,000 ravers over two days at a stunning UNESCO Heritage Site, FLY is about celebrating the best contemporary dance music with others.

The next tier of tickets for the festival, including payment plan options to spread the cost, will go live on Friday the 30th of June!
