On The Waterfront presents Nile Rodgers & CHIC

Prolific hit-maker and multi-Grammy Award winner, Nile Rodgers will appear live on Liverpool's iconic waterfront this September, alongside pioneering disco collective, CHIC.
Set to perform an array of the groups most celebrated chart smashing records - from 'La Freak' to 'Everybody Dance' - the multi-faceted creative, who's also widely renowned for his many high profile collaborations with names the likes of Daft Punk, Duran, Duran and Madonna, to name but a few, will be joined on stage by Liverpudlian favourites, The Zutons.

Where: Lydd Airport in Romney Marsh
Returning to its native home, Lydd Airport in the summer of 2022, Kent's largest and most outrageous open-air music event, Connected Festival promises to provide an epic weekend of amazing live entertainment!
Scheduled to run over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend next year, the two-day event will welcome up to ten thousand avid ravers through its gates once more, to witness some of the biggest acts in drum & bass, jungle, house, garage and more, delivering pure heat over twenty-four hours.
Ready yourselves for more than a hundred live acts, artists and live PA's, including Mollie Collins, DJ Hype and Nicky Blackmarket, performing over ten dance arenas and five stages.

Easily one of this year's most eclectic festival options - Glasgow's Playground has got a little bit of something up its sleeve for everyone.
Whether it's raving through the day and long into the night, rocking out to your favourite rock n roll groups or experiencing the tracks of your youth courtesy of a handful of legendary heritage acts - Playground will not disappoint. A boutique gem nestled in the grounds of Rouken Glen Park, offering an escape from the stresses of modern life.

The passionate foodies behind award-winning street food event, Birmingham's Digbeth Dining Club will return to Worcestershire this weekend, bringing the people of Bromsgrove a selection of mouthwatering delicacies as well as some exciting entertainment!
Running from 11 am until 7 pm, those who attend can sample delights from ten expert food vendors, whipping up divine treats and meals, covering everything from loaded burgers to spicy Indian food, indulgent waffle desserts and so much more...
Bayleys of Bromsgrove, Beaufort Gin, and the Bromsgrove Rugby Club bar will also be on hand, to make sure all adults remain happy and smiling throughout the event.

AFTA DARK - Re-opening Party Part 2

Where: LAB11 in Birmingham
The seasoned party experts behind GLAS, TRMNL, 02:31, EBL, SecretCity, Colours and VOID have relaunched popular club night brand, AFTA DARK, recently announcing a second re-opening party at Birmingham nightclub, LAB11 this August. It follows the brand's first reopening event, set to take place this weekend, which sold out in under twenty-four hours!
Now confirmed to take a weekly residence of LAB11, the venue has as of late undergone transformations to fulfil the needs of after-hours partying. Boasting events running each and every Saturday from 11 pm until 7 am, those considering getting their hands on tickets for upcoming shows can expect hours of the best in house and techno from some of the cities biggest and most respected underground selectors.

Skepsis 'Faith In Chaos' Album Launch Party
When: Saturday 16th October 2021
Where: Ministry Of Sound in London
The name Skepsis should ring familiar amongst those who pride themselves bass heads. The extremely talented, self-taught producer, DJ and lover of all things with a heavy bassline, has been causing quite the ruckus at events up and down the British Isles for the past few years.
Now, the South Londoner finds himself in the final stages of preparation for his debut album release, Faith In Chaos, due out on Saturday 16th October. To celebrate, Skepsis has confirmed he will be throwing it down, giving it the beans and spinning the record in full live at London's Ministry Of Sound on that very same day.
Hear him pushing the venue's sound system to its limits with tracks from the anticipated new record this October!

A huge, all-out multi-genre showcase coming at you this weekend with thanks to the trusted team at Weird Science.
Partygoers eager for some nightlife relief after a long and drawn out week of work can look forward to a good helping of dance music from a host of in-demand names. Heading to The Mill live music venue and after-hours club, in Digbeth, this Saturday, King Of The Rollers ft. INJA, Jordana, Kanine, Alisha, Paradox City and more, will all take turns showing their worth across two separate rooms - The Main Room and the Blackbox.

Celebrating twenty-five years in the music game, popular northern club night, dance event brand and world-renowned music venue, Niche will mark its milestone anniversary with an evening of pure unadulterated hedonism at Sheffields Tank Nightclub.
The official birthplace of bassline, the iconic backstreet venue was first established back in 1992 by the late-great Steve Baxendale. The former warehouse turned underground rave space was a familiar nightspot to dance fans UK wide, delivering some of the biggest names in house music and speed garage throughout the '90s.
