Another week is upon us and we have some belting events to share with you on this week's New On Skiddle. Festival season is going full steam ahead and we have tickets on sale for the likes of Teletech, Friendly Fest, Electric Bay and more. Sandwiched between them are a mixture of raves from across the UK that we know for a fact are going to pop off.

So, take a look at the list below and start jotting down some more dates in the calendar as we aim to make 2024 a great year.

 

Bris-Tek vs Tearout Vol 4 - SW vs E

When: Saturday 2nd March

Where: Lakota, Bristol

We kick things off with a 6-arena mega rave, which will be taking over Bristol'S Lakota at the start of March. Expect all the top-class production you can imagine combined with a killer line-up which spans countless genres from drum and bass to jungle, bassline, garage and much more.

 

 


 

Skyline Presents Mariano Mellino All Night Long

When: Saturday 6th April

Where: Radisson Red, Glasgow

Who doesn't love a rooftop party? Well in even better new El Maestro himself will be playing, Mariano Mellino and he's going to be going all night long. Stopping at the dead of midnight, you will have experienced a whirlwind of sound that will leave you wanting even more.

 

 


 

Friendly Fest 2024

When: Saturday 8th June

Where: Kynoch Park, Keith

Friendly Fest returns for 2024 and it will provide you with a much-needed does of nostalgia this festival season. Headlined by no other than N-trance, there will also be stunning tribute acts who pay homage to the best artists around such as The Dolly Parton Story and Little Mix Magic.

 

 


 

Rare Club // Paddy's All Day Courtyard Party 2024

When: Sunday 17th March

Where: Resident X, Aberdeen

St Patrick's Day isn't too far away now and this time Rare are putting on their biggest party to celebrate the occasion yet. An all-dayer, this venue boasts a fully covered outdoor area and multiple stages so you can rave whatever the weather. Names such as Big Miz and Testpress will be delivering the house music tunes.

 

 


  

Love to be...Festival

When: Saturday 14th September

Where: The Stray, Harrogate

This September, the quiet picturesque area of Harrogate will be hosting its biggest ever dance music festival. Expect to see an unmissable line-up of DJs and vocalists from across the world. Celebrating the history of house music, the sounds of Ibiza will also be championed here. 

 

 


 

Cafe Mambo Ibiza By The Sea - 30th Anniversary Festival

When: Saturday 3rd August

Where: Seaton Reach, Hartlepool

It is fair to say that the latest Cafe Mambo Ibiza event is absolutely stacked with talent. Headlined by the legend Paul Oakenfold, he'll be joined by Lovely Laura, Michael Gray, Gok Wan and more. All your favourite anthems from the iconic island will be blaring out, giving you a taste of a place far away. 

 

 


 

Lovely Laura & Ben Santiago Live at Manchester Cathedral

When: Saturday 6th April

Where: Manchester Cathedral, Manchester

This event will see two amazing headliners take to the stage in Lovely Laura and Ben Santiago. Situated in the gorgeous building that is Manchester Cathedral, the acoustics will sound amazing as they get you up and dancing.

 

 


 

Electric Bay Festival

When: Saturday 13th - Sunday 14th July

Where: Torre Abbey, Torquay

Over the past two years, Electric Bay has consistently sold out. All the way down in Torquay, you'll find some of dance music's brightest sparks. This year Hybrid Minds, Bou, Digga D and Wilkinson will be making some noise down at Torre Abbey which features some breathtaking views.

Teletech Festival 2024

When: Saturday 3rd - Sunday 4th August

Where: BEC Arena, Manchester

When it comes to the titans of techno music, look no further than Teletech which puts all of the genres innovators in the same place in Manchester. This year you'll be able to experience sets from blk. 999999999, Sara Landry and I Hate Models, in what is an incredibly exciting prospect.

 

 


 

FISHER +Vintage Culture, Purple Disco Machine + more

When: Friday 9th August

Where: Gunnersbury Park, London

The site of many good times in London, Gunnersbury Park, will be hosting a headline set from Fisher in the summer and he's bringing friends along with him. Purple Disco Machine, Vintage Culture and plenty more names yet to be announced will be blowing the lid off of the capital.
