Cumbrian weekender Solfest has added another big name act to its bill, which will bring the noise to Tarnside Farm between Friday 25th - Saturday 26th August.
Headlining the festival is dreadlocked indie folk sensation Newton Faulkner, who broke into the mainstream a decade ago with massive summer smash Dream Catch Me and went on to release his debut album Hand Built By Robots the same year, scoring a number one in the meantime.
He is joined on the Solfest 2017 line up by banjo strumming punk outfit Ferocious Dog, dance outfit Snapped Ankles and indie poppers Super Best Friends Club. They joined previously announced acts including Dub Pistols, Beans On Toast, Stanton Warriors and more at the festival, which is a true celebration of arts in music in absolutely stunning surroundings.,
