Mancunian uber festival Parklife has revealed the acts playing at the 2017 edition, with Frank Ocean confirmed as one of the headliners. The velvet-voiced crooner is one of this decade's most domineering musical voices, with 2012's stunning channel ORANGE widely held as one of the finest albums of the twenty-first century (watch him perform 'Pyramids from that release below).
Other acts include indie heartthrobs The 1975, grime superstars Boy Better Know, legendary hip-hoppers A Tribe Called Quest and disco diva Chaka Khan. Also playing are Damian Marley, Jess Glynne, Andy C, Two Door Cinema Club, Anderson .Paak, Eric Prydz, Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, Above & Beyond and about a gazillion more names for what is another exhaustive ensemble of the best in live and electronic music.
