Photographer Jason Sheldon has penned an open letter to Taylor Swift claiming that she's guilty of similar tactics to Apple concerning her very own photo policy.
The claims follow Apple's U-turn over their royalty scheme, that failed to pay artists during their three month trial period, after Taylor withdrew her 1989 album from the service.
Jason's claims relate to freelancers having to sign a photo authorization form that acts in a similarly restrictive nature - branding it a "Complete rights grab".
Jason added: "With all due respect to you too Taylor, you can do the right thing and change your music policy. Photographers don't ask for your music for free. Please don't ask us to provide you with marketing material for free."
Taylor Swift is yet to comment on the claims.
