As one of the most in demand talents at the moment, Swedish producer Alesso’s year has already seen him tour India, South America and North America, and sell out two shows in the UK. His performance at Ultra Festival in Miami was another highlight, astounding the crowd with his own unique brand of stadium filling progressive and electro house that continues to gain him a whole host of new fans.
With summer now underway, the endlessly likeable Swede has announced a staggering amount of forthcoming shows, that will take him from Stockholm to Beirut, Israel to Hamburg and Malta to New York.
But its perhaps his arrival at London’s EDC that has us most excited. The eagerly anticipated arrival of America’s number one EDM fiesta boasts some of the highest production values ever, and a lineup that is simply unbelievable. For lovers of trance, EDM and progressive, there really is nowhere better this year. Alesso will be appearing alongside the likes of Tiesto, Sub Focus, Nero, Hardwell and Chris Lake amongst so many others.
Watch: Alesso & Ingrosso - Calling
Hailed as one of the most exciting prospects of 2013, Alesso’s relatively short career has seen him enjoy a meteoric rise through the ranks. Already boasting a string of anthemic club and chart hits such as ‘Calling’, ‘Raise Your Head’, ‘Years’ and ‘Clash’ alongside remixes for Swedish House Mafia, Keane and David Guetta amongst others, the future is certainly bright for the Stockholm born wonder kid. His reputation as a peerless DJ precedes him, making him a definite must see for fans of electronic music.
