Heading up proceedings for The Arena’s Bank Holiday spectacular is Russia’s leading man of EDM - Arty. Having burst onto the scene in 2009, Arty’s sound immediately resonated with the trance and EDM world. His debut single featured on Armin Van Buuren's legendary State of Trance Radio Show tocritical acclaim. But it was when the monolithic trio of Above & Beyond spotted the young Russian’s talent and signed him up to their iconic Anjunabeats label that things really started to kick off. With a slew of hit releases and collaborations with such luminaries as Paul van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, BT and Mat Zo under his belt, Arty has established himself as one of the brightest stars of trance.

He will be joined by his part time collaborator Mat Zo. The self proclaimed genre smasher has in his relatively short career produced some of the most category escaping music around, none more so than his huge hit ‘Bipolar’ and the big room funk classic ‘Easy’, which he teamed up with wunderkind Porter Robinson for. Gaining support from artists as wide ranging as Swedish House Mafia, Skrillex, and Tiesto, Mat Zo’s music has been a constant feature of the biggest dance festivals across the world for the last few years.

The quality doesn’t end there, with Belfast’s very own soulful house veteran Ejeca cutting in for a deep and bouncy four four outing that has seen him become one of the best loved in his field. Having appeared on labels such as AUS, Lokee Musik and Future Classic, Ejeca has over the years honed his sound to combine elements of disco, funk, soul, UK garage and 90’s New York house into a sound that has won him many admirers and earnt him a busy schedule on the road.
