As one of the leading lights in the current underground dance music scene in Manchester, Jozef K has been heavily involved with pushing forward a fiercely forward thinking music program to the delight of the clubgoers in the city.
With his being a hugely influential part of the recently closed Sankeys, Jozef K had an active role in keeping the club first and foremost in the hearts of Manchester's most devoted clubbers.
Jozef K has been teaming up with production mate Winter Son for some time now, and they now find themselves at the brink of their first EP. Their EP launch will take place on 28th of June at Manchester venue Deaf Institute as part of Berlin’s Fortsetzen club night. Utilising a live 808 set, Jozef K and Winter Son’s live recording of their debut performance was selected as Resident Advisor’s mix of the day. We can hardly wait to hear what these two musical heavyweights have in store for us.

Jozef K and Winter Son will be joined by fellow Manchester lads Ghosting Season. Also known as Worried About Satan, the duo’s stunning combinations between electronica and techno have been gaining them much praise, and their stunning album combining halcyon style moments of beauty, whispered vocals and airy blissful textures has been one of the finest things to have come from Manchester in recent times. Their live set is going to be a thrillingly trippy experience.
Means&3rd will be on hand to add a bit of nostalgic serene techno to proceedings. Expect a heady mixture of warm and floating electronica aimed at the mind and feet. Joining him will be Gavin Miller, and the ever impressive Oliver Byrne will round off proceedings.
Expect a fantastic flavour of Berlin at this installment Fortsetzen, an essential night for true fans of electronica and techno.
