Gwyl Gardd Goll returns for this its 6th year of celebrating Welsh and international talent. The characteristically eclectic festival has garnered a reputation for itself as one of the most important Welsh events of the calendar, as the finest in up and coming Welsh artists, musicians and performers appear alongside more established acts in the stunning Menai Straits, Snowdonia.

Held this year between the 27th and 28th of July - the family friendly festival also features a full on mix of art and activities for kids, as well as plenty of home grown local produce for an authentic flavour of Wales. Gwyl Gardd Goll (translated as The Lost Garden Festival) will once again live up to its famous reputation for being an affordable family event in a beauteous open-air atmosphere, complete with legendary and contemporary musical performances.

Gwyl Gardd Goll 2013 will see headlining performances from Brighton based rockers British Sea Power, whose live performances are a huge part of what make the band so popular. They will be joined by American singer songwriter Willy Mason and his unique brand of folk, blues and country which have gained him such praise over his 9 year career.

Surf instrumentalists Y Niwl will be getting in on the action as will soulful electronic dub producer and Gilles Peterson favourite Ifan Dafydd. Other highlights include the stunning harpist and country folk heroine Georgia Ruth, ex Coral member turned film score composer Bill Ryder Jones and experimental folk, country and rock musicians Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog.

Rounding off the excitingly varied line up will be Sen Segur, Yr Ods, Yucatan, Death And Vanilla, Candelas, The Polar Dream, Sue Denim, Bob Delyn, plus a lot more.

The winners of The National Outdoor Events Association’s Small Event of the Year award and BBC Radio Cymru C2’s Best Festival in Wales are looking like carrying on their fantastic festival record once more.
