After an incredible opening party that will surely be remembered for some time to come, Insomni-fest returns on May 5th once more to the Beaver Works in Leeds to pick up exactly where it left off, with another 10 hours and 5 arenas of the finest in house music.
Insomni-fest welcome the undisputed queen of house music to their enchanted homeland, the magnificent Julie Mcknight. Her big, powerful, soulful vocals will enchant the hearts and minds as she sings some of house musics greatest ever tracks, including Diamond Life, Finally, How Soon is Now, Home and more, cementing herself as one of the best house vocalists ever.
Alexis Raphael will also be headlining the event. Since beginning life as a jungle and acid house DJ, Alexis has grown into one of the hottest producers in recent times. With appearances on huge labels such as Hot Creations and Nurvous, Alexis' controlled manner and carefully thought out approach with production have only lead to build the anticipation of any new material he sends our way. His infectious DJing style and down to earth attitude has kept him very busy and gained him favour with fans of house all over the country. His set is not to be missed.
Add to all that a huge lineup of up and coming DJs, including Josh Demello,Tom Zanetti, Ko Kane, Lkid, SAS, and Ryan Yates, playing the whole spectrum of house music, across 5 arenas, over 10 hours, and its clear to see that Insomni-fest have come up trumps once more, with an emphatic response to their previous success.
Come and get lost in the unique atmosphere that is Insomni-fest with circus freaks running wild, jaw dropping set productions, visuals that will twist your senses, and sounds that will delight your soul.
