The London club night has secured an almighty signing for the headline slot, none other than MJ Cole. The classically trained musician started his musical path by learning the piano and oboe, until he was introduced computers and turntables. Initially cutting his teeth by acting as a sound engineer for drum and bass label SOUR, making his own drum ‘n’ bass records along the way, it was his single Sincere that really struck a chord with the UK garage scene, getting snapped up by legendary tastemaker Pete Tong and rinsed on his Radio One show.

MJ Cole - Sincere

A recording contract with Gilles Peterson’s Talkin’ Loud followed and a Mercury Prize nominated album also called Sincere. Since then MJ Cole has established himself as one of the most important figures in UK garage, remaining as cutting edge now as ever. This is your chance to see one of the scenes most accomplished DJs in action.

Applebottom - Someone

Young up and comer Applebottom will join MJ Cole. At just 18 years old, Applebottom has already carved a name for himself in the world of bass driven house music. With a distinct soulful approach, Applebottom has displayed an uncanny knack for building some of the smoothest dancefloor destroying dynamite in the recent times. He’s certainly a producer to watch out for, his career is just getting started, and it already promises big things.

Kurupt FM 1xtra Take Over

Pack London have also enticed Kurupt FM to join them at Fire for a full takeover. Expect internet sensations People Just Do Nothing to be adding their own bit of fun to proceedings, with DJ Beats keeps the old skool tunes dropping whilst MC Sniper lays down verse after verse of tongue in cheek lyrical genius.

Rounding off the impressive line up will be UK bass music leading lady Flava D, UK grime hero Youngstar, the legendary DJ Spooky, Radio 1xtra’s Amy Becker and Pack London favourite Boyson as well as some surprise guests from UK garage supergroup So Solid Crew.

Pack London really have all your bass music needs met on 13th September.
