Preview: Sasha Involv3r @ The Warehouse

Sasha's return to The Warehouse has been a long time coming. Back in the days of acid house Sasha held one of his first ever residencies at the club making a name for himself in the process, and it will surely be a pleasure to see the two re-unite as part of the highly anticipated Involv3r tour all these years later.

The Involver series began in 2004, with a unique mix of all things Sasha, his own interpretations and remixes of tunes that he had special admiration for. The most recent in the series, Involv3r, caused quite an excitement on its release. The mix takes a slightly different approach, as Sasha re-works a number of tracks from outside the world of dance from the likes of The XX, Foals and Thermal Bear, and turns them into powerful records for the dance floor. The result is a clever, emotive piece that has quickly become very popular among dance music fans.

Sasha will showcase these sounds at The Warehouse this coming May bank holiday, with support from Ejeca, Thermal Bear and Matt Cooper, whilst The Loft is hosted by Midnight Social Recordings. Expect a carefully crafted mix of progressive and deep house from the man himself in celebration of the long-awaited release of Involv3r; sure to be a special night as Sasha makes a long overdue return to the club!
