To mark the occasion, none other than globetrotting exponent of modern house and techno - Dave Seaman, will make a welcome return to his hometown. Armed with a back catalogue of classic tunes guaranteed to cause maximum carnage of the dancefloor, Dave Seaman will be dispatching his years of party starting experience to full effect come September 28th.
Dave Seaman's Radio Therapy
Having played every iconic venue in his long and illustrious career, including Cream, Gatecrasher, and of course Renaissance, with whom he formed a long last relationship, recording a large number of their compilation cds and playing at the club in regular intervals. His craftsmanship of the mix cd has also seen him work with Global Underground on five occasions, showcasing his silky style and cutting edge track selection that perfectly mirrors his insane abilities behind the decks.
Justin Robertson Live
Joining him will be one of the most in demand DJs in the UK at the moment, Justin Robertson. Since 2001 Justin has been responsible for some of the most important and original house and techno to have hit the UK underground. Releasing on the iconic Bugged Out imprint, Justin has brought his love of music of all genres and varied influences together to create some of the hardest to describe, forward thinking electronic dance music to reach dancefloors across the globe.
As a DJ he plays intoxicating sets that move between psychedelic disco, acid house, techno house with effortless ease which have seen him make regular returns to such world acclaimed clubs as Liverpool’s Chibuku, Prague’s Roxy, London's Fabric, Pacha in Buenos Aires and at just about every Bugged Out party going. Justin remains one of the most important DJs working today, a veritable legend. His appearance at Shine’s second birthday promises to be unmissable.
The quality doesn’t end there though, as the ever impressive CJ Mackintosh, Allister Whitehead and Ian Ossia round off the impressive bill. With a specially installed Funktion One sound system, cutting edge lighting displays, smoke jets and high end visuals, Shine promises to be one awesome birthday shindig.
