With last October's Fear-Fest hooking in urban, grime, and dance music icons like B.Traits, Ms Dynamite, and Hannah Wants, Spring-Fest likewise focuses its line up on some of the biggest stars in their respective fields, to curate one hell of a party.
Heading the bill is the formidable presence of drum n bass, electronic turned pop aficionado Sub Focus. Having enjoyed an exhilarating 2013, Sub Focus saw his latest album 'Torus' become one of the defining albums of the year, with his collaboration with Alex Clare on 'Endoprhins' being aired in just about every radio station and every club in the UK.
His technical prowess along with undeniable talent of finding that pop hook to a world of bleeding edge innovation has made him a forerunner in mainstream dance music, and one of the nations proudest electronic purveyors. His set at Spring-Fest is hotly awaited.
Joining him will be grime bad boy, twitter antagonist but all round talented party starter Wiley. The Boy Better Know alumni is no stranger to controversy, or a hit single, making him on of the most infamous grime artists in the country. His live shows are a resolutely energetic, confrontational affair, and totally unmissable.
The owner of the luscious vocals to Duke Dumont's summer smash hit Need U 100%, A*M*E, will also be putting in an appearance. At the mere age of 17 this girl is positively brimming with exuberant talent. A definite burgeoning talent in UK pop music, A*M*E is destined to become even bigger, well worth catching at Spring-Fest.
Elsewhere Radio One taste maker Mistajam steps in for a reliably eclectic, whirlwind live set, as does Cause & Effect, Low Steppa, garage legend (and we mean legend in ever sense of the word) DJ EZ, bassline impresarios Jamie Duggan, as well as a full on arena crammed with old skool cuts presented by the likes of Retro main man Paul Taylor.
