Birmingham welcomes household Ibiza brand's Cream and Cafe Mambo to its Ibiza Carnival for a 16 hour dance marathon situated at the Boxxed Warehouse, Digbeth on Saturday August 2nd, celebrating the sounds of Ibiza's past, present and future. Breakthrough house staple Oliver $ flies in from his Defected in the House residency to front main room The Sunset Terraza room, where he'll be joined by Pirupa who brings a darker and more energetic take on tech-house to the fore.
Legendary club night Cream propel their dance cohort into a 10,000 sq ft warehouse showcasing a live pa from Angie Brown, house duo The Shapeshifters (revere their summer hit of 2004 'Lola's Theme' below) and Michael Grey playing back to back with Full Intention amongst others.
Room three sees the final dose of Ibiza's household brands in the form of Cafe Mambo, with a litany of Balearic legends bringing the classic sound of the island over the ages. These include Alfredo, Brandon Block B2B Alex P and Jason Bye. You can find tickets and all listing information here.
