The last ever Content at Joshua Brooks is a good ‘un, with Philly acid totem Josh Wink playing for three hours.

The old adage runs that all good things come to an end, and so that comes to fruition with Content’s stint at Joshua Brooks. The Mancunian clubnight has been bringing unthinkably high quality guests to the gloriously intimate venue for some time now, with the likes of Prosumer, Derrick May and Andrew Weatherall setting up their stall in the basement du jour in Manchester.
One former guest is the man they’ve selected to sign off their time at the venue, the one and only Josh Wink. Famed for his gurgling acid productions, not least the eternal classic ‘Higher State of Consciousness’’, he’s been at the pinnacle of the DJ elite for nearly twenty years and is one of the best to dive between house and techno with deft ease. He’ll be playing for a whopping three hours, so expect plenty of curvebals amongst the four to floor goodness.
Content’s residents will also be in tow to round off what will surely be an emotional evening in JBs.
