Hand in hand with Liverpool's rich cultural offerings, Evol have been opening up the city to the cutting edge of indie music. Saluting their endeavours, we've scoped their upcoming programme to bring it to your attention.
Los Angeles revivalists Foxygen will bring their experimental pop project that spawned 'San Francisco' to the Kazimier on Thursday 7th May.
Inheaven play their first ever gig at The Shipping Forecast on the 28th, and Bop English featuring James Petralli of White Denim rounds of the month on the 30th at District.
Young Fathers move proceedings back to the Kazimier on Sunday 7th June, playing their acclaimed brand of alternative hip hop that earned them a Mercury Prize.
The wonderfully eccentric Ariel Pink, also associated with his Haunted Graffiti alias comes to District on Saturday 13th. Evol's final instalment marks the album launch of Slowness from native collective Outfit on the 18th at the ever popular Kazimier.
