Promoter Focus: Fez Presents

Steel City's Fez Club enjoyed its finest year yet in 2014, the calibre of acts involved maintained a gold standard that stood out a mile in Sheffield's clubbing scene. Reconvening on the 24th of January, Fez's flagship night Fez Presents rejoins the circuit in reliably strong from, with some of the underground's biggest hitters hooked in to kick of 2015 in style.

Deep tech impresario SEFF is first up on January 24th. His raw, attitude filled productions have been understandably snapped up by labels like Dave Seaman's Selador and most recently Hot Creations, whose entire crew have been smashing 'Jack's Back' over the past few months. We spoke to SEFF himself ahead of the night, read that here.

The mighty Green Velvet is next in the firing line for Fez on February 6th (read more on that here), who is for our money one of the most qualified DJs on the planet to get a party jackin' for all its worth. Miss this one at your peril.

Hector Couto returns to the club on March 7th after destroying the place back in 2013, whilst the tough and relentless house, disco and techno of Oliver Jones, aka Skream takes centre stage on March 19th. Rounding off the announcements so far is Purp and Soul boss Ben Pearce, who will be bringing a heady concoction of bass, deep house and techno to Fez on May 24th.
