Dancetripp are flexing their muscles on the south coast in the house and techno stakes with an ensemble of artists due to man the controls for the notorious dance collective in the coming weeks.
The Southampton kingpins are hell bent in bringing the best in discerning house and techno to the masses. The latest shindigs take place at their Tripp and Junk clubs, prime rave spaces set in the heart of the city that lay claim to being 'the best small clubs' in the UK.
One part of house superpower French Express, Isaac Tichauer hits up Tripp with an armoury of contemporary house movers primed to liven up the confines of the dance space.
What makes Isaac so unique is that he was born completely deaf, now operating out of one ear it is a feature that remains unrecognisable from his music.
His most recent Changes EP (above) racked up airplay for its soulful vocals built up on a sunny pulsating 4x4 and glimmering synths that encompass his warm atmospheric output resonating somewhere in the deeper recesses of house music. Grab your tickets here.
What started out in a sacred Nottingham record shack, has turned into a fully fledged passion for house music, landing Nail on the revered Berlin circuit, and now Tripp.
Initially linking up with Simon Reed to form Bent in the nineties, the pairing embarked upon a musical journey with their most notable hit being the soulful smash 'Magic Love' (above).
Since the pair parted ways after numerous wizened productions, Nail has resurfaced on the house front signing to AirDrop records, shredding numerous Berlin haunts, with incoming releases coming on Phil Weeks' Robsoul. Grab your tickets here.
A pairing that has exploded onto the scene with a number of releases permeating the house stream is Bodhi. The Cardiff duo possess the energetic funk that is massively craved by the new age of ravers. Their latest innovation 'My City' produced in collaboration with George the Poet (above) continues to buck the trend of merely churning out house smashes after their brilliant I Need You EP gained mass recognition from industry figureheads.
