As soon as we heard the menacing psych monster that is FEWS debut single 'ILL' we were hooked. They marginally adjusted their sights to chiming melodic guitars and breakneck rhythm - for the following singles - and then unleashed the brooding beast that is their debut album MEANS.
The Dan Carey produced record is laced with pulsating rhythm and razor-sharp riffs - a captivating repertoire when slung into the live arena. The band recently announced their first headline tour for October and dropped single '10 Things' (listen below).
Before that bassist Jay checked in with some record selections ahead of a date at Hare and Hounds in Birmingham on Wednesday 20th July and a slot at Secret Garden Party this weekend.
