Birmingham based night Resonate are set to welcome Ben Pearce and his signature groovy, underground sound to one of the Rainbow Venues, Next Door, on Friday 15th August.
The definition of the word Resonate is the driving force behind their events. 'Produce or be filled with a deep, full, reverberating sound'. This alone illustrates how they conduct their nights and justifies the selection of artists for the bill, and Ben Pearce is just the man to fill the venue with the sound that they crave.
Birmingham's world renowned Rainbow Venues feature several incredible spaces and Next Door is Spotlight's newest Neighbour. Although Next Door boasts some classic industrial segments, it's the futuristic, cubic projection that really sets the venue apart from others. The cubic shapes allow them to showcase spectacular, state of the art visuals on them, giving the projections a 3D twist.
British DJ and producer Ben Pearce reached commercial success with his hit track 'What I Might Do', but he has been heavily involved with the house music circuit way before it shot into the UK charts. Despite becoming synonymous with the track, as his fans will know, he's an artist with more depth and skill and it's impossible to define him by one tune.
He's secured his fair share of high-profile sets along the likes of Eats Everything and Seth Troxler and has gained huge respect from some of the most influential names in his line up of work including Pete Tong and Jamie Jones. His own label Purp & Soul demonstrates that he's also able to champion new talent as well as releasing his own material on a label built around what he believes in.
Also playing this August are Pippi Ciez, LFM & Mali, Bradley Hughes and Jack Gardner. Get your tickets here.
