Richard Hawley brings his Disgraceland concept to Band On The Wall on Friday 16th December. The newly forged night will feature a live performance from Henri Herbert of The Jim Jones Revue and a DJ set from Hawley himself.
A producer, songwriter, guitarist and national treasure, Hawley plugged guitar in Pulp and Longpigs before embarking on a successful solo career. His keen musical eye recruits Henri Herbert, a masterful blues pianist who's also plunged for going it alone.
'Super-charged boogie-woogie' is how Herbert chooses to pin the fruits of his mesmerising piano skills. His fusion of blues, jazz and rock has took him all over the world of late, making the inaugural Disgraceland a sure spectacle in the run up to Christmas.
