Manchester based night SLAM welcomes world renowned progressive house DJ and producer John Dahlback to Venus on Friday 19th September along with Swedish duo Lunde Bros.
Venus nightclub has been a staple part of Manchester club life for years. Their ethos is 'quality over quantity', ensures that each event hosted within the venue showcases genuinely talented artists. The club was designed by experienced clubbers, for clubbers. The set up and production is ideal for accommodating huge artists such as those headlining SLAM.
John Dahlback has taken the dance music world by storm over the decade that he's been in the business, and he's only 28. Even at such a young age, Dahlback has achieved what only most DJs can dream about, including an album release on on one of the biggest electronic labels, Ultra.
His cutting edge sound has earned him global recognition and his success continues to grow. His style of house music incorporates elements of big room electro (check out his recent release on Protocol above) and his musical CV is still expanding, and shows no signs of slowing down.
Joining Dahlback is Lunde Bros. The talented brothers have had releases and remixes on Ministry of Sound, Toolroom and EMI, to name just a few. With the twosome gaining support from Afrojack, Hardwell and Pete Tong, it's no surprise they've established themselves so positively within the scene. Grab your tickets for the event here.
