Saved Records reaches 100 releases

Nine years on from their debut release in December 2004, Saved Records now reached the milestone of a century of releases. That first release was Skylark presents Buick Project 'Chancer / Drop The Beat', and since that point the imprint has been a benchmark for quality electronic music, managing to nurture new talent alongside a furthering of the global dance music agenda.

The label has done what any right minded institution or individual would do upon proudly reaching an achievement; planned a proper celebration. Saved 100 brings together an ensemble of the label’s favourite producers and DJ’s to showcase the full gamut of it's musical personality, taking in everything from deep house to peak-time techno. It's available digitally and on vinyl sampler, boasting a full-length mix by Mark Fanciulli.

Out on March 10th, there's fresh cuts from both label bosses Nic and Mark Fanciulli alongside some of the key players of the Saved so far; Robert Dietz, Philip Bader, Stacey Pullen, Gary Beck and Alex Tepper. The remixers read like a who's who of house music history, with Frankie Knuckles, Joris Voorn, Danny Daze, Spencer Parker, Terrence Parker and Adam Beyer all included.

There also heading out off to party, with the Saved 100 tour taking in Tel Aviv, New York, Palermo, Munich, San Francisco, Miami and an abundance of top tier cities across the globe. Friday 7th February will see both Fanicuilli (check Nic live on the Boiler Room above) brothers head to Arena in Middlesbrough, where their DJing acumen will showcase the depth and breadth of the musical personalities behind the label.
