Dub Pistols and Jeremiah Ferrari are set to play two dates in March for Fiesta Bombarda at what will surely be the finest carnival events of 2019. The events, which takes place at the stunning Victorian-era Palm House in Liverpool's Sefton Park on Friday 1st March and Saturday 2nd March, will be the first time Fiesta Bombarda have been at the venue in two years.
Visitors to Fiesta Bombarda's Palm House Carnival should expect to see fellow attendees wearing festive Fiesta facepaint, dancing to African, reggae and jungle music before a backdrop with a totally tropical feel. Despite spring having barely sprung on the date, Fiesta Bombarda will transport visitors to much warmer climes with their music and vibe.
For firm festival favourites Dub Pistols, the date is their first of the year and the start of a month-long tour in which the group will visit most of the UK. Despite the loss of their original drummer last year, Lancashire reggae four-piece Jeramiah Ferrari have proved their worth over the last six months by playing at high profile festivals, in support of reggae legends like Macka B and Eek-a-mouse and by playing at the Etihad stadium in Manchester. They'll have no problems warming up the few hundred gathered in the glass for Fiesta Bombarda.
Having sold out the first date, tickets are flying out for the second show.
