Shrewsbury Fields Forever has announced the second wave of acts that will appear at the festival that takes place this summer between the 15th and 17th of July.
As well as the likes of Dizzee Rascal and the Happy Mondays there are now appearances confirmed from Mystery Jets and Belgian DJ Netsky. Indie rockers Mystery Jets released their new album Curve Of The Earth earlier this year and will appear on the main stage on the Saturday of the festival.
The latest addition to the Shrewsbury Fields main dance tent is Netsky. Most famous for last year's summer smash 'Rio' the superstar DJ will appear on the Saturday night and joins Script MC for a set that will surely feature some drum 'n' bass classics. Another dance extra comes in the form of Hacienda's Graeme Park.
A host of unsigned artists will also get the chance to play on the Saturday on the new BBC Introducing stage. The festival is working closely with BBC Introducing Shropshire to give local musicians the chance to gain exposure and their performances will be broadcast live on the station.
There will also be appearances from Wretch 32, The Sunshine Underground and DJ/producer Friction.
Tickets for the festival are available from the box below.
