Purveyors of all things Hard House and Hard trance, Tidy, are returning once again in 2024 with their coveted Tidyland Weekender, following a widely successful return in 2023. This year's edition at the start of July saw the likes of Hannah Laing, Technikal, Yoji Biomehanika, Kutski, Rob Tissera, Will Atkinson, and many more absolutely kill it; if 2024 is anything close, it will be one of the best weekenders of the summer. 

After this year's sold-out event, a tidal wave of excitement gripped clubland with many calling Tidyland 2023 the greatest Weekender of all time! 2024 promises bigger production, bigger lineups, plus daytime stages and entertainment, basically Tidy are looking to cause a ripple through dance music as they further cement themselves as one of the best festival experiences of the summer.

Tidy, the hard house and hard trance brand was founded in 1995 by Rotherham’s Andy Pickles and Amadeus Mozart. The brand has a hefty underground following of devoted fans that flock to its many events to catch the best names on the scene. 

Tidy put out hundreds of releases on its Tidy Trax, Tidy Two, and Untidy labels, taking over clubs with its sounds. Until hard house was replaced with the “next big thing.”

Between 1998 and 2005, the brand was at the top of its game until many DJs no longer wanted to be a part of the hard house scene. But it seems things are looking up for the Tidy Boys with the brand slowly rising to a more mainstream appeal once again as younger generations look back in time for their next musical fixation. 

Now, nostalgia and love for a genre that many have left by the wayside is alive and with the event consistently selling out, Tidlyland Weekender is a rallying call for fans of the genre, and is an inspirational act of defiance to an ever-changing music landscape.
