Skiddle Mix 010 - Bluford Duck (Underground & Friends)

House music has been in a fallow patch for quite some time, and it’s mainly down to the consistency of quality coming through the ranks. A surge of talented up and coming producers have been flooding the market with a litany of killer grooves, and one of the most emphatic of them is Bluford Duck.

Boasting a range of influences that raids everything from classic New Jersey garage to vintage Italo Disco, his production for Noir music have earmarked him as one of the leading lights on the twenty first century deep house circuit. The London based impresario is also pretty handy behind the decks too, so ahead of him playing for Underground & Friends at Gorilla next month he delivered this killer mix of synth driven funk to our doors.

We’re pleased to report the selection is perfect summertime goodness, the kind of music that makes sense on the sun kissed shores of Europe or blaring out your speakers at a barbeque. He’ll be playing at Gorilla on Saturday 10^th August alongside Doctor Dru and Larse.
