Danny Howard brings attention to a lot of talented producers who are ripe for recognition. Through dance anthems and other broadcasted shows on BBC Radio 1, producers are given the opportunity to reach a wider audience, often with a domino-effect of popularity following shortly after. Glaswegian DJ KC Lights is just one of the acts who has been bothering dance charts across the board. 

His fresh and accessible take on electronic music has resulted in a cluster of standout releases and is taste is apparently in his selections in this mix, with tracks from Offaiah to Marquis Hawkes to Fatima Yamaha. 

The mix also features his latest single ‘Sundown’ which was released on Danny Howard’s label Nothing Else Matters, further confirmation from the tastemaker that the producer is pushing out exactly the sound that he wants to champion.
