e keep on getting glimpses of summer, so surely as July progresses, we'll actually be getting some proper summer sun? If this is the case (and even if it isn't because it's still the summer after all) what better time than now to get some quality events booked to make the month one to remember?
In July's Skiddle Recommends we've got a top-notch selection. Interactive art installations, pop-up parties, waterfall plunge pools, workshops, a 13th-century painted castle, The magical Kelburn Garden Party festival is a cultural and artistic safari for the mind, body and soul, featuring a unique programme of music, art and entertainment spread throughout the ancient and spell-binding forest glen and gardens.
This family-friendly, independent event is bursting at the seams with creativity. Turning its back on the standard idea of what a festival should be, entertainment can be found, seen and heard in the most absurd of environments.
2024 sees the magical garden party returning for another year, and bringing it with a host of familiar music names - from London-based electronic music and visual art producer, Max Cooper to radio host and British house DJ Paulette, the legendary Ragga Twins with DJ Krucial, East African rising star Kampire and many more.

With four rooms of music and over 25 DJs supplying the groove, the WYLD Summer City Festival, which is taking over Birmingham LAB11 this month, looks set to be an absolute doozy for any of you who have mastered the two-step.

On The Beach Brighton has announced some belting shows as part of their On The Beach series on Brighton Beach, however, this gig with Underworld headlining looks set to be the cream of the crop.

In The Park Festival presents Jamie Webster

Liverpool has long been home and host to a series of exciting and diverse music events over the years, and 2024 is set to be another chapter in this cultural journey as the 40,000-strong ‘In the Park presents’ returns to Liverpool’s stunning Sefton Park.
The first headliner to be announced is none other than scouse legend Jamie Webster - undoubtedly one of the UK’s most successful independent artists and one of Liverpool’s biggest musical success stories in recent years.

DnB Allstars are pretty renowned in the UK now for always bringing the heat to every one of their nights, and providing many an act for people to fire off their locked and loaded gun-fingers to.
