Festival season is on its last stretch, and the last embers of warm weather are flickering, so don't let September, and the last bastion of summer pass you by without getting yourself down and partying or going out to something special. Let us here at Skiddle recommend some events happening this month.
In Septembers Skiddle Recommends we've got a selection that will satiate any craving. From the last lot of the UK festivals, including the likes of Cultivate, Love To Be..., and Accelerate; a run of epic gigs at Manchesters Barton Live, where you can catch some incredible tunes in the last of the summer sun; and, as usual, the usual huge selection of raves that you know and love Skiddle for!

Love To Be… is one of the UK’s original house music brands, brought to life in Sheffield in 1994. The award-winning event brand and record label tours the globe, bringing some of the genre’s highly regarded names to incredible venues all over. And now, they’re celebrating 30 years with their debut festival at The Stray in Harrogate on Saturday 14th September 2024.
The main stage will see performances from Roger Sanchez, Darius Syrossian, Barbara Tucker (live), Adelphi Music Factory, and more. Whereas the second stage, in collab with The Cafe Mambo, brings you the sounds of Ibiza with K-Klass, Bez (acid house set), Allister Whitehead, Tom Wainwright, Ryan McDermot, and more.

Fast and hard are the first things that come to mind when you think of Second Speed, and their new sub-brand ACCELERATE is here, ready to tear up Gatehead something silly!
With a monstrous lineup that features hardcore heroes like blk., Nico Moreno, Black Traffic, Fantasm, HorsegiirL, Jason Cluff, Pawlowski, Circo, Fish56Octagon, and many more, Accelerate is primed to blow the roof off the Gateshead International Stadium this month. Get ready to groove to the rhythms of JLS as they headline Barton LIVE on the Saturday of the series. The X-Factor formed boyband rose to fame as one of the UK's most iconic boy bands, capturing hearts with their smooth harmonies, dynamic dance moves, and chart-topping hits.

This Feeling By The Sea Festival

Where: Bridlington Spa in Bridlington
There are few indie brands more iconic than This Feeling. Leaders in bringing through the next waves of indie bands and giving countless big names some of their first big breaks, you know that whenever you go to one of their gigs, you'll be seeing something good. So with them putting on a festival, you know it's going to be even better.
This Feeling By The Sea sees a number of the bands who the brand have brought up to big things play throughout the day, with a classic selection of those on the cusp as well. This year, Paradisco are putting on a huge festival. Taking over Liverpool's Newsham Park on Saturday 28th September, and the final tickets have now been released for what promises to be an action-packed day of house and disco.
