Independent Venue Week begins today (Monday 29th June) and across the week we have a range of events to come, from live streams to artist takeovers, on the ground Snapchat and Instagram stories, plus tweets throughout.

Our plan for Monday is as follows...

The brilliant Skinny Girl Diet will be running an Instagram takeover, building up to and during their show at Moles Club, Bath. It's the first show of six across the week for the punk duo - and all being well they will be wrapping things up for us from the Bungalow Bar in Paisley on Sunday at their last show. We'll also have one of our very own members of staff Gareth Chubb heading over to Glasgow to deliver a Snapchat story from Jerry Williams' show at Broadcast - she is also set for shows in Leeds and Birmingham this week. (Find Jerry Williams tickets)

As well as that, one of our other lovely staff members, Sam Garlick, will be in Brixton tonight, watching Goat Girl's show at The Windmill and we will be tweeting video content from that event as it happens. (Find Goat Girl tickets)
