After riding the hip hop fast lane to the forefront of the genre, Slimkid3 and DJ Nu-Mark's hook up has got to go down as one of the most anticipated in recent times. As part of The Tre'd Mark Tour, they link up at Antwerp Mansion on Wednesday 28th January playing multiple dates until the curtain closer at 24 Kitchen Street on Friday 6th February.
Trevant 'Tre' Hardson, better known by his stage name Slimkid3, was instrumental in the formation of seminal hip hop collective The Pharcyde. His coming together with former Jurassic 5 beat smith, DJ Nu-Mark, naturally promised game changing movements within the hip hop domain.
Together they justified that hype in 2014 with their inaugural self titled long player - a soulful deliverance of old school beats that formed hits such as 'Bouillon', which you can get to grips with above. Bottling that up into a live show, the esteemed duo promise a jam tailored towards the hip hop purist.
Show dates below:
Manchester, Antwerp Mansion, Wednesday 28th January
Chester, The Live Rooms, Sunday 1st February
Leeds, HiFi Club, Thursday 5th February
Liverpool, 24 Kitchen Street, Friday 6th February
