Brand new video from Snoop Lion and Miley Cyrcus.

He’s been a doggy dogg and is now a lion, but one thing Snoop Dogg has never been is dull. His reinvention has been evident since he first blew up in the early nineties on Death Row Records, where he would go from rocking a 1930s prohibition era three piece suit with full perm one minute, to poodle braids and heavy plaids for his smoked out gangsterisms the next.
His latest incarnation as reggae singer Snoop Lion has seen him delve further into his love affair with a certain plant, and the latest single off that sees him team up with another celebrity who has tussled with the controversy around the green stuff in recent times, former Disney princess Miley Cyrus. The accompanying video is slow motion philosophising, but rather only the kind a cartoonish rapper and hell raising child star can deliver as opposed to any aristoltle musings.
You can catch Snoop playing at tonnes of events this summer, but one we’re particularly looking forward to is Fresh Island in Croatia from July 10th-13th. Fellow rappers A$ap Rocky and Iggy Azalea are among the others stars joining him, following on from last year's debut event of Europe's first ever beach based hip-hop and R&B festival.
And if the latest video for the ol Snoopy isn't to your taste, here's a reminder of what his name was way back in the day.
