Solid Steel Terrace Party with DJ Food, DK, Dauwd DJ Cheeba and DJ Moneyshot

Solid Steel brings a squad of forward thinking musicians to The Prince of Wales for a 12 hour Terrace Party on Friday 12th September. 

In attendance is celebrated project DJ Food fronted by DK - the project originating from the nineties is responsible for the trademark Ninja Tune synergy of Jazz and Hip Hop flavours, a blend that evidently goes hand in hand from DJ Food's longstanding presence. Hear some of that above.  

Dauwd is another name synonymous with musical innovation, frequently stringing together complex bass bounded beats that deserve maximum recognition on the electronic circuit. He's recently jumped ship to Kompakt, releasing his latest EP Kindlinn straight out of their backyard.

Its A side gem 'Lydia' (above) is an intricate display of harrowing synths and addictive rhythms that are native to some sort of hedonistic cosmic realm that in turn provide the ultimate escapism.  

Providing an air of madness to the 12 hour marathon is DJ Moneyshot with some straight up dance floor carnage from his renowned live mash up sets. DK, DJ Moneyshot and DJ Cheeba will all be playing their own individual sets, with DK and DJ Cheeba separately undertaking unmissable AV sets to cap things off beautifully. Grab your tickets here.
