This July, New Orleans brass band the Soul Rebels collaborate with Brooklyn rapper Talib Kweli for a very special and one-off UK gig in London's KOKO, which will showcase the depths of possibility when two musical worlds collide.
Having made his rapping debut in the mid 90s, Brooklyn-born Talib Kweli Greene has since gone on to release seven of his own albums as well as produce releases for other emcees, highlighting his notoriety within the scene.

Coming from the destination famed for its jazz roots, the New Orleans eight-piece ensemble Soul Rebels Brass Band host a weekly residency at the famous Le Bon Temps Roule club - often renowned for getting raucous and rowdy. The Soul Rebels seem to bring their Southern spirit and musical mayhem wherever they go.
Having worked previously with the likes of Joey Bada$$, Marilyn Manson and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, for a number of live collaborations, the band now turn their attentions to Kweli for a single show in KOKO on Friday 7th July. Tickets available from the box below.
