Stormzy joins Apple Music's Beats 1

Man of the moment and MOBO-nabbing grime don Stormzy (see him collect his Best Male Act award below) is the latest big name to be added to Beats 1's formidable presenting roster. 

His new show titled #MERKY will help bring the UK grime sound to the attention of a global audience every Friday night from 8pm GMT. 

He said “I am so, so gassed to be joining the Beats 1 family. It’s a chance for me to show [over] 100 countries about the scene that I come from, the music I like and the artists I rate.”
