Street Heat returns to Manchester to celebrate hip-hop's legacy
Street Heat 2 will bring the best of Hip-Hop to Manchester this year.
Date published: 28th Mar 2023
This year will mark hip-hop's 50th anniversary. A genre that went from the underground to the mainstream in America and soon spread across the world, it has been a dominant force in music for decades now and has given us some of the most important artists of our time. This year, Street Heat 2 will be celebrating that fact in Manchester.
Taking place in April from Saturday 29th to Sunday 30th of April, it not only celebrates the music but all parts of the surrounding culture from street arts to fashion, sneakers and more. DJ Greg Wilson will be taking to the decks as well as names such as MC Buzz B and Leaky Fresh.
Tickets are on sale now and you can find the at the bottom of the page. There's so much that you'll be able to do here, get lost in the tunes, enjoy digging through boxes of vinyl enjoy the works of emerging youth talents. This will be a weekend to remember.
