I-Days

Photo: I-Days / Facebook.com

When: Wednesday 29th May - Tuesday 9th July 2024

Where: SNAI Racecourse in Monza, north Italy

2024 lineup: Metallica, Avril Lavigne, Sum 41, Green Day, Queens Of The Stone Age, Lana Del Rey, Bring Me The Horizon, Doja Cat, Bad Omens, 21 Savage, Stray Kids, Offset, The Vaccines, and more

More of a concert series than a proper “festival” festival, but still, I-Days is one of Italy’s biggest festivals (as you could probably tell by the lineup) and drew in 320,000 punters across seven days in 2023.

With plenty of unreal artists on the lineup spanning indie, rock, metal, hip-hop, K-pop, and pop, this is one to consider if you love huge gigs featuring some of the biggest artists in those genres.

Going down since 1999, they’ve perfected the formula and continue to attract music fans from all over. And with the festival landing near the bustling and eventful Milan, there’s loads to explore before and after the festival.

Just imagine going to one of Italy's music festivals. It’s warm, but not scorching, there might be beaches nearby, and the architecture would add a whole other layer to the performances - it would be heavenly. And a lovely pizza followed by the best gelato you’ve ever had is a cracking way to sort out the inevitable hangover you’ll have from getting on it for multiple days!
