If we’re talking about the best UK dance festivals in 2025, it only makes sense to kick off with the biggest, baddest fest of all!

Everyone and their granny has heard about Creamfields, and for good reason. This truly massive celebration of every groove-worthy electronic genre goes down each year, attracting thousands and thousands of party animals to its home in Cheshire. 

While we haven’t had any artist announcements yet, Creamfields never mess about with their lineups, inviting the biggest artists in the world from an array of electronic genres to soundtrack a wild weekend. You can expect a variety of genres including EDM, house, techno, tech house, trance, and more.

Parklife

Where: Heaton Park in Manchester, England  

2025 lineup: Charli XCX, Salute, Confidence Man, Girls Don’t Sync, KI/KI, Interplanetary Criminal, Antony Szmierek, Chaos in the CBD, Malugi, and many more

Parklife is not one to be messed with when it comes to festival season, with its 16 stages, numerous non-music attractions, and one of the best locations to let loose for two days. Comfy on its grounds of Heaton Park in Manchester, Parklife has grown as a festival into something quite spectacular and they only seem to be getting bigger and better. 

As usual, Parklife have once again outdone themselves for 2025, as the first phase of its insane lineup will have you in the queue straight away. From the immense Charli XCX who has the UK wrapped around her finger since the summer, to SaluteConfidence ManGirls Don’t SyncKI/KIInterplanetary CriminalAntony SzmierekChaos in the CBDMalugi, and loads more yet to be announced.

Emerge

Where: Boucher Road Fields in Belfast, Northern Ireland

2025 lineup: Fatboy Slim, Bicep, Sonny Fodera, Hannah Laing, Marlon Hoffstadt, Horsegiirl, Sikoti, and many more

If you’re in Belfast (or fancy a visit) and love a good dance, you’d be daft not to consider Emerge. Already boasting a massive lineup with titans of various genres, including Fatboy SlimBicepSonny FoderaHannah LaingMarlon HoffstadtHorsegiirl, and Sikoti, it’s mad to think there are still many more artists to be announced. 

Only a 12-minute drive from Belfast City Centre and roughly a half hour from the airport, Emerge is easy to get to, has a smashing lineup, and will no doubt be the city’s biggest party this year. Get us over there!

Fresh off of an incredible tenth anniversary celebration in 2024, Terminal V is back this year and ready to provide another techno haven for fans of darker, faster, heavier tunes. 

Voted the UK’s best festival at DJ Mag’s Best of British Awards 2023, Terminal V brings the best of the genre, along with some house for good measure, to around 20,000 people who travel from all over to Edinburgh for two days of nothing but bangers.

The lineups are always incredible, and they’ve once again provided the goods for 2025. 999999999Deborah De LucaFish56Octagon, and Patrick Mason are some of the names announced, and they still have names left to unveil! Lost Minds

The brainchild of Scotland’s laureate DJ Ewan McVicar, Pavilion returns to his hometown of Ayr after another unforgettable show in 2024. Pavilion’s third edition will run from midday to 10:30pm over two days, treating ravers to sets by some of the best in the game, coming soon.

Across its two days (including the incredible STREETrave), Pavilion puts on quality names while paying homage to Scotland’s rich rave history. When it comes to UK dance and EDM festivals, you’ll struggle to better this one.

Previously a party beneath the bridges of West Street, this small, budget festival has a fantastic reputation as one of the best festivals in Scotland, the best festivals in Scotland and is returning with a new location.  

Taking to Scotland Street this September, the festival will bring the best in dance and EDM to Glasgow in its twelfth year. Now in the hands of Scottish DJ and producer Frazi.er, whose reign allows the younger generation to have some input in the festival’s direction and sound, PLTFRM moved to a big warehouse space on Scotland Street in 2024, while continuing to offer incredible lineups and atmosphere. It’s primed to be one of the most solid dance festivals in the UK this year.
