Bristolian cult heroes The Blue Aeroplanes will take flight in January for a UK traversing tour. It coincides with the release of the alternative rockers' forthcoming record Welcome, Stranger!, which comes out on Friday 6th January.
From it comes an eerily melodic powerhouse in 'Here Is The Heart Of All Wild Things' (below), which spells good news for the rip roaring live shows upon which the band thrive.
The lengthy run of dates sees the collective visit Manchester's Ruby Lounge on Thursday 12th January, as well as stopping off at Nottingham's Rescue Rooms on Wednesday 18th January and London's O2 Academy in Islington on Saturday 21st January.
The band also have a double date in Scotland, coming to Edinburgh's Voodoo Rooms on Saturday 14th January and Glasgow's Stereo on Sunday 15th January, and an Independent Venue Week show at Norwich's Arts Centre on Friday 27th January.
