The Going Out Podcast continues this week with Serra Petale, one quarter of the psychedelic Latin-folk crossover group - Los Bitchos (For fans of Khruangbin and Warpaint - think ‘Sims, Elevator, Caribbean Cruise’ sort of vibes and you're somewhere close to their sound).
Originally from Perth, the sunshine capital of Australia, the super talented multi-instrumentalist shares stories of her very first 'going out' experiences with podcast hosts Georgia and Pippa - recalling life as an Aussie fresher and describing what it's like to attend a festival in 45 degree heat.
Diving straight into the present day and discussing life in London Town, where she currently resides, Serra gives some insight into her ideal night out (no spoilers here) and explains what 'going out' life is like on the road. One thing is for sure, being in a girl band is everything we dreamed it would be.
An episode jam-packed with amazing stories and more - from touring with Mac Demarco and the formation of Los Bitchos, to discussing musicals, gluten-free beer and her undying fangirl love for Manchester venue, YES bar - no stone has been left unturned throughout this in-depth chat.
