FAC51 The Hacienda Open Air returns to Canvas Yard in Leeds for its second year on Sunday 5th May 2024, the first May bank holiday weekend. Sign up for tickets now.

Despite the fact The Hacienda closed its doors for good almost 26 years ago, the legacy of the iconic club and the music that made it lives on. One of the most famous clubs in Manchester, probably even the whole of England or the UK, The Hacienda, run by the record label Factory Records, became the spiritual home of acid house.

Many who were lucky enough to attend and perform at the iconic club are still, to this day, extremely passionate about the music and atmosphere it became known for. So, despite the club's closure, The Hacienda continues. Whether you were one of those ravers back in the day or a youngun who's always dreamed of seeing what made The Hacienda so special, this party at Canvas Yard is perfect for you.

The lineup for this party boasts many of those who were at the forefront of The Hacienda in its heyday including K-Klass, Graeme Park, DJ Paulette, David Morales, Jon DaSilva, Tom Wainwright, and Ralph Lawson as well as other legendary names on the house scene like Todd Terry, Louie Vega, and Dave Lee JN.

Running from 12pm until 10pm, this one offers a brilliant daytime party that allows you to relive or experience the iconic Hacienda vibes for the first time on a (hopefully) sunny bank holiday weekend.

Going down at Canvas Yard, located in Leeds City Centre and just a seven-minute walk from the train station, there’s a food village (with vegan and vegetarian options) and a chill-out area at this mostly open-air venue with a festival feel.

Canvas Yard’s 2023 Hacienda party sold out, so if you’re looking for the best May bank holiday weekend plans, sign up for tickets now at the very bottom of this page for the best chance of securing tickets. Pre-sale tickets go live on Wednesday 1st November at 10am and general sale on Friday 3rd November at 10am.
