The Haçienda returns to Manchester this May Bank Holiday for two epic shows
The Hacienda Classical and Orbital will headline two nights of live dance music at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse, with special broadcasts of each event also available to watch live online for free

FAC 51 The Haçienda is preparing to throw another limited series of its celebrated Haçienda House Parties over the coming May bank holiday weekend, with some special very guest performances and more in store...
Running from 7 pm - 12 pm over Friday 28th and Sunday 30th May, 'Haçienda House Party IV' will welcome live audiences for the first time in over a year, to dance and sing along to the sounds of the golden era of dance music, at a limited socially distanced event at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse.
Headlining the first of the two upcoming parties, epic dance ensemble, the Haçienda Classical, comprised of former Haçienda DJ Graeme Park and the impressive Manchester Camerata Orchestra, will take revellers back in time, performing some of the infamous clubs biggest anthems as you've never heard them before. Joining them on the night, New Order bassist Peter Hook and Manchester legend DJ Paulette will also be spinning some classic dance floor fillers.
Sunday 30th May sees one of the UK's most renowned techno collectives, Orbital taking to the stage for a close and intimate performance. Bringing with them their extensive back catalogue of cult club tracks, those present can expect to hear euphoric records the likes of 'Chime', 'Halcyon and On and On' and afterparty special, 'Belfast'. Support comes from respected DJ names such as Jon Dasilva, Justin Robertson and Manchester native, A Guy Called Gerald.
Those who are are unsuccessful in securing tickets for either of the two events need worry not, as the Haçienda House Party organisers have confirmed both events will be streamed live as they happen over each night. A feat which has been made possible with thanks to a recent grant awarded by Arts Council England, that will see the brand re-engaging with artists, stage crew and the fans.
The two events will be broadcast for free at www.fac51-thehacienda.com and on YouTube. As with the brands' previously streamed events, charity donations are encouraged, with all funds raised benefiting The Christie Charity and Save the Children directly.
