Recent star of ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, Seann Walsh brings his latest stand-up show, Back From The Bed to the Southport Comedy Festival. A show reworked from a previous tour, with a new name, and a new focus on more modern times, this date looks set to reignite the love the country found for him during his time in the jungle.
Called the greatest observational comic of his generation by the Guardian, and widely known for his TV work, Walsh is a true heavyweight of the game, and since his return to stand up has received standing ovations and many a bill for a blown-off roof. Good Ship Comedy presents Felicity Ward

Grown from a carob pod in a sunny, Central Coast national park, Felicity Ward is a multi-award-winning comedian, actor and writer who has toured her award-winning, sell-out shows worldwide, winning the hearts of audiences and critics everywhere she goes.
Felicity has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Alan Davies' As Yet Untitled, Mock the Week and Gotham Comedy in the USA. Felicity is a Chortle UK Club Comic of the Year nominee and has been nominated in Australia for Best Comedy at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and Adelaide Fringe Festival, and won Best Australian Act at Perth Comedy Festival, and Sydney Comedy Festival, twice.
In 2018, Felicity recorded her first BBC Radio 4 series, Appisodes and was a regular co-host of The Guilty Feminist Podcast, before going on to support Maria Bamford on her UK tour and opening for Amy Schumer at Soho Theatre in London. Fin Taylor is emerging as one of the kings of dark comedy in the UK. James Barr is an utterly hilarious, half-Scottish, nearly national treasure, and the gay half of the hit comedy podcast A Gay and A NonGay, which has had over 5 million listens; and even he co-hosts The Hits Radio Breakfast Show.
Following his five-star, sell-out, run at Edinburgh 2022, James takes his brand new show Straight Jokes on tour across the UK this April, and one of the most notable stops is Frog and Bucket in Manchester. Here James will be presenting an out-of-control hour of endless jokes which amongst other things is a battle cry to be yourself. Described as 'acid tongued' and 'a masterpiece in queer storytelling', the incredible reviews for this show keep on flying in, and you won't want to miss it.

The Comedians Club Chester is the best new comedy club in the North West. Coming out of the incredible converted church that is St Marys Creative Space, and hosted by one-half of the sensational Have A Word Podcast, Dan Nightingale; this night is filled with some of the finest acts from the UK Circuit, this regular night is set to become one of the very best about.
In this June edition of the night, Dan will be joined by the rising north-west funnyman Scott Bennett; Chortle Best Newcomer and Scottish Comedian of the Year Winner, Daisy Earl; and the hilariously dark and one-half of Dead Men Talking pod, Rob Mulholland.
This one is set to split many a side in Chester, and we can't wait to be down there with you.

Emmanuel Sonubi was born and raised in North London and this Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated show looks at many of the elements of his life such as being raised the only boy and the youngest of six children, (that’s right – 5 OLDER sisters) We find out that looks can be very deceptive and what has led him to become the person he is today.

There are very few people around the country who haven't heard of Hot Water Comedy Club by now. The scouse comedy mecca, most notably hosted by legendary comic Paul Smith, puts on weekly nights on a Thursday where four of the biggest names in the game come down for a night filled with barrels and barrels of laughs.
This night is one of particular note. Performing will be Chester's sharpest comic, Danny McLoughlin; musical comic genius, Andy Askins; Southampton comic, radio DJ and television presenter, Tom Deacon; and observational storytelling extraordinaire, Jamie Sutherland.
