In this episode we focus on Mint Festival, happening on Saturday 29th September in Leeds, with a guest mix from Greg Wilson
The team behind the Mint Club and Mint Warehouse are taking over Lotherton Hall in Leeds this month, for the first annual Mint Festival. The 10,000 capacity all day festival will feature five stages carefully curated by leading club nights including System, Black Light, Jungle Jam, Bitch, Flux, Bigger Than Barry, Asylum and Teknicolor.
The Asylum stage have recently announced that Greg Wilson will join PBR Streetgang and The Revenge for a day of disco flavours. Greg is now known worldwide for his sets that span over three decades, and he's played at the biggest clubs in the world. He is also known as being the first DJ to mix live on TV. Greg was instrumental in breaking the new electronic, post-disco records coming out of New York in the eighties; a sound he has dubbed ‘Electro-Funk’.
