The Slow Readers Club begin their UK tour this Thursday (5th November) at Black Heart in London.
The tour coincides with the release of new single 'Plant The Seed', taken from the band's 2015 album Cavalcade (listen to the track below).
After drawing comparisons with bands such as Interpol and The Killers, the Slow Readers club have been aided by airplay from BBC 6 Music and Radio X.
Their performance at Manchester's Central Library was released in 2014, and fans will hope for more of the same when the band return to their hometown on November 28th at Gorilla. Support will come from Liverpool band Etches for the dates in the North West.
The Manchester band will hope to start their short run of gigs with a bang on bonfire night before playing in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
UK tour dates below:
London - Black Heart, Thursday 5th November
Birmingham - The Sunflower Lounge, Friday 6th November
Sheffield - Corporation, Saturday 14th November
Leeds - The Packhorse, Friday 20th November
