Absolutely nothing beats that feeling of excitement that bubbles into your system when you get your tickets scanned while hearing a mass of music blasting out in the distance. Come rain or shine, with the occasional unpredictable winds, festivals are possibly one of the best places to be. With a huge range that dives into genres such as EDM, Trance, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and more, featuring some of the most perfect lineups you could ever imagine.
However, right now we're in the mood for a bit of house and techno and therefore have made a heavy list of all the best house and techno festivals in the UK. From Scotland to London, we'll have you up and down the country like 10,000 men. When: Thursday 21st - Sunday 24th August 2025 (August Bank Holiday)

First, we’re starting with the heavyweight champion of house and techno festivals; Creamfields. Every year without fail, Creamfields manages to bring in a huge crowd of 70,000 people who can’t resist the blasting sounds of house and techno brought by some of the best artists both locally and internationally.
Last year Creamfields hit the nail on the head with a stellar lineup featuring,Ben Hemsley, Peggy Gou, Camelphat, Azyr, Calvin Harris, Bicep, Blk., Hedex, Hybrid Minds, Sammy Virji, Fatboy Slim, Martin Garrix, Patrick Topping, and so many more. Returning to their beloved grounds of Daresbury in Cheshire Creamfields is looking to add some extra character to this year's edition with the announcement of their brand new 360 stage, ‘mega halo stage’; their biggest outdoor stage to date.
Welcoming devoted fans to witness some of their faves in the highest form of HD, this is going to be a huge edition to Creamfields 2025. Plus with the return of the TeleTech stage, we don't doubt that Creamfields 2025 will be a doozy.

How long have we got because we could talk about Parklife for hours. Known as a northern phenomenon, Parklife is one of Manchester's best multi-genre festivals. It has everything you could ever ask for from a festival with high-level production, incredible lineups, and when the weather wants to be on its best behaviour, one of the biggest parks in Manchester offers you some pretty decent landscape.
Across two days Parklife splits up a well-curated list of the best names in the charts to bring you all the best vibes imaginable, and this year for their 2025 lineup is no different. Coming to their stages this year is no other than, Charli XCX, Prospa, Chaos In The CBD, Interplanetary Criminal, Salute, Confidence Man, Girls Don't Sync, Ki/Ki, Simone, DJ HEARTSTRING, Malugi with loads more tba. Plus with 9 stages, and loads of non-music attractions this is not a festival you'll want to miss.

Keep Easter weekend free this year because Terminal V returns with another edition of the best Scottish electronic festival to ever grace the earth. Rounding up 100+ acts, across 2 days you will be a part of the 20,000+ people per day who can't get enough of that tasty electronic sound, with a heavy focus on techno and more.
With 6 stages this year for you to witness a lineup like no other expect to have an unforgettable Easter Weekend. So far Terminal V has released their first phase, and it's looking mega with KETTAMA, Azyr, Clouds, Blawan, 999999999, Fish56Octagon, Black Traffic, OGUZ, Charlie Sparks, Dax J, Funk Tribu, Justin Jay and loads more still TBA.

Since 2016, Junction 2 has been on the scene making some noise as a massive techno festival contender. With its unique yet innovative location of, Boston Mannor under the M4 flyover, Junction 2 is a spot that will have you coming back every year for just that little bit more.
The intimate festival thrives on pulling big and small names out of the hat creating the perfect blend between new and old that makes the perfect balance of both house and techno. For three days witness a lineup like no other in the UK's capital surrounded by people who know how to have a good time; from KETTAMA, Dax J, Nina Kraviz, Charlotte de Witte, Mount Kimbie, Soulwax, Palms Trax, DVS1, DJ Moxie and more TBA.
From Friday to Sunday each day is set to focus on a different area of house and techno, meaning whether you’ve been to Junction 2 before or trying to be a part of the action, the crowd is going to be mega!

After a bit of a disappointing year making the decision to postpone their 2024 edition due to the grounds being sunk in, We Are FSTVL returns for 2025 with some new energy. With a new chapter on the fresh grounds of Central Park in Dagenham this year We Are FSTVL's 'Field of Dreams' will hopefully be the one to reunite fans with its beloved stages to hear some non-stop electronic music.
The lineup is still TBA however, this is a UK techno festival that ticks every box, and after previous years seeing the likes of The Prodigy, ANOTR, Annie Mac, blk., Armand Van Helden, Bru-C, Sonny Fodera, MK, Crucast, TS7 and more, expect nothing but the greats talent in the game.

If you're an avid boomtown fan like us then you'd know it's sometimes hard to predict what whacky and wonderful idea the festival will come up with next, but if you're also like us and impatient because you know without a doubt it'll always exceed your expectations then look no further. This year Boomtown raises the bar with Chapter Four: The Power of Now, with their ethos for the theme 'Bang Goes Normal'.
A music festival unlike you've ever seen before Boomtown creates its own world with uniquely themed districts, 12 main stages that feature mind-blowing production, 50 hidden venues, and thousands of performers across 5 days. Heading down a smaller techno festival route we've got MiNT Festival which always brings a massive crowd to Leeds during the May Bank holiday. Known for its early start in the festival season, Mint Festival is a great way to start your summer if you're looking for endless high-energy UK house festivals.
Since 2024, they have lowered the number of stages to 6, which to us means more intimate vibes with some of your faves and less chance of getting lost (a win). But if you're not convinced MiNT Festival never fails to bring a jam-packed lineup and this year is no different with Seth Troxler, Mall Grab, Franky Rizardo, East End Dubs, Interplanetary Criminal, Josh Baker, Enzo Siragusa, OR:LA, Traumer, Paige Tomlinson, Morgan Seatree on the mark.

FLY Open Air will be returning again in 2025 to help you Scotts dance to some cracking tunes while listening to some of the hottest names on the scene. Located in Edinburgh with a truly beautiful backdrop to really seal the deal, FLY Open Air is an outdoor festival that has it all.
After last year saw some huge names such as HorsegiirL, Mall Grab, Effy, Salute, Ammara, KIMMIC, Morgan Seatree, Conducta, expect another year of some of the biggest and best house and techno artists on the FLY Open Air stages. So don't miss out on this charming Scottish location this year, with a site that holds over 8,000 like-minded people looking to attend one of the best UK house festivals.

Emerge Festival returns to Belfast for another stand-out year. After last year absolutely rocked Ireland they're heading back to Boucher Road Fields to bring you a weekend to remember. Bringing in massive lineups including titans of house and techno this year they're ready to have you absolutely busy this Bank Holiday. So far on the lineup is Fatboy Slim who will be closing out Saturday and Bicep; closing Sunday with a huge Chroma AV DJ set.
But it doesn't end there, offering an audiovisual experience, there will be over 80 artists across 4 stages including stage takeovers from Manchester pioneers Teletech and Hannah Laing's DOOF.
Only a 12-minute drive from Belfast City Centre and roughly a half hour from the airport, Emerge is easy to get to, has a smashing lineup, and will no doubt be the city’s biggest party this year. Get us over there!

Ewan McVicar’s Pavilion returns to the DJ's hometown of Ayr for its third edition of the up-and-coming techno festival. After another sell-out year in 2024, this budding festival is aiming for even bigger and better things in 2025. After last year saw the likes of Patrick Topping, Special Request, Stevie Cox, Optimo, Jerome Hill, David Morales, 808 State, Fabio & Grooverider, Derrick Carter, there is no doubt that year's lineup is bound to pop off just as hard.
And of course, it wouldn't be a proper weekend without the showing of Ewan's STREETrave; a homage to a cultural phenomenon from 1989 - 1993, when the brand brought huge DJs to West Scotland. Get your tickets now to not miss out!

Join Land Beyond Festival for their fifth chapter of an electrifying festival this summer with their exciting Vacant Plaent theme. Featuring immersive encounters, and captivating stage designs, this is the South East's electronic music festival is Brighton's first-ever dance music festival. With camping and they are making sure to make the most of everything they've got to offer, with the sounds of house, drum and bass, grime and everything in between.
Land Beyond has already released their phase 2 lineup and it's an absolute sight for sore eyes with, Bru-C, Dizzee Rascal, Bugzy Malone, Dimension, Charlie Tee, Fish56Octogan, Sub Focus, Uncle Waffles, SASASAS, Sota and many more to hit the their stages this May.
