Date published: 18th Oct 2022

This year we'll be able to fully celebrate Bonfire Night and the London sky will be lit up in all kinds of colours. With so much ground to cover and a lot of events being put on, it can be overwhelming to decide where to go. Have no fear, as we're here to narrow down the very best Bonfire Night displays that you'll find in London.

Ally Pally Fireworks Festival

The view from Alexandra Palace is stunning on any day but having that view of all of London's famous landmarks in the distance whilst all the colours jump up from every different corner is a sight to behold. As is the wonderful display that the venue puts on every year that has a feel-good feeling that is welcoming to all.

Wimbledon Park Fireworks

Wimbledon Park in South London had an annual fireworks event that also features a food village and a funfair. So while you wait for the show to start, you can either enjoy some rides with the family or get some food to warm you up on what will be a cold November night.

Ealing Cricket Club Fireworks Go Pop Display

When: Saturday 5th November

Where: Ealing Cricket Club, London

Ealing Cricket Club is a short walk away from Ealing Broadway station and they have packed this year's event full of things to do. Whether it be face painting, enjoying children's rides or grabbing some cotton candy, there's hours of entertainment and that's before the fireworks even start.

Dulwich Fireworks 2022

This fireworks display/bonfire is put on every year by Dulwich Sports Club. They do a great offer where kids can get entry for only £1. For the adults attending you have the chance to enjoy an ale or a mulled wine to wash down your food. It is set to be a memorable night.

Battersea Park Fireworks

Battersea Park put on one of the biggest Bonfire Night displays in London. The event has been sorely missed in recent years but is back now. Taking place across two days, the Saturday is a traditional event with autumnal food stalls and drinks, whilst Sunday is a family-friendly day that has an earlier start.

Chiswick Park Fireworks Extravaganza

This year's fireworks extravaganza in Chiswick Park will take place on November 3rd. The name gives you a clue that they have one of the most insane-looking fireworks displays in the country. With a ridiculous amount of pyrotechnics on display, you may even need sunglasses for how bright it'll be.

The date for this year's Kingston fireworks is yet to be confirmed but hopefully, it will be going ahead as it is one of West London's best displays. It would be a huge shame if it wasn't going ahead, as they always have an inviting atmosphere that keeps people coming back year after year.

Harrow Fireworks

Byron Park is the setting for the Harrow fireworks display. It starts early in the afternoon to open up all the entertainment so you can bring the young ones to enjoy all of the fun fair rides and other activities such as face painting and henna art. The fireworks start later in the day.

Richmond Fireworks

Richmond Athletic Ground will once again be hosting the Richmond fireworks display. Aside from the display itself, there will be all the usual entertainment including live music and even some dancing. There will also be an afterparty in the member's bar if you want to keep the night going.

Beckenham Fireworks

This display goes towards raising money for the Beckenham South Scouts Group and other local causes. There isn't usually a bonfire at this one but they more than make up for it by putting on a hugely impressive display. There's also plenty to do whilst your waiting too, which more than justifies paying for a ticket.
